Refund policy

We accept returns within 28 days after order dispatch. If you should wish to claim a refund our categories are as follows. Please contact us should you have any refund queries.

• A full refund is offered for UK and international orders of any damaged or unsatisfactory quality products. We will pay any return postal costs.
• A full refund is offered for UK orders of non-damaged items that customers choose to return. The refund will be processed after we receive the item. 
• A partial refund is offered for international  orders. Customers would be required to pay for the posting, relevant fees and packaging of the returned items.
